Joseph has over ten years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Research, Innovation and Product Development.

Over the years of his career, he has worked in numerous roles like Business Development at NIMED Capital Limited, Senior Business Development Executive at FirstBanc Financial Service, Head, Marketing and Business Development at Color Magic Advertising, and Administrative Assistant at the University of Professional Studies, Research Assistant at The Trust Bank and currently the Coordinator for Research, Innovation and product development at Enterprise Insurance Limited.

In the field of academia, he has been an adjunct lecturer at Pentecost University and the University of Professional Studies on their professional programs (CIM-UK).
