Like many students, a person came across lots of tertiary institutions to choose from. Interestingly, he noticed one of the institutions did not sell application forms, did not sort of discriminate against individuals 25 years and above to cause them to take a mature students’ entrance exams, but admitted all of its meriting students with the same criteria, and what’s more, charged lower than the others. That person is me, Godfred Minta-Yeboah.
Although a pathway 1 student, the Ghana School of Marketing, GSM, has helped me to know the need of re-orienting my place of work from a sales perspective to the building of brand image and customer loyalty marketing perspective. GSM has also shaped my understanding that buyer feedback is more important than the purchase itself. In addition, I am now aware that it is a customer who makes an offer to a shop attendant. These and many more have I learnt from the Ghana School of Marketing.
E-learning is an innovative way of learning now, and that is what the Ghana School of Marketing does. I would like to recommend the Ghana School of Marketing to everyone interested in studying marketing.
Thank you.
